Why can Soluto do what Microsoft can’t? They get rid of Windows frustrations (exclusive first look)

Looks like a user friendly version of bootviz that a non-techie can
use, plus tools to remove or delay the loading of slow or resource
hungry apps...

Great video demo. It makes it very easy for the novice and expert to make changes. Seems to be an underlying layer to Windows. I wonder if it boots before windows or runs as an app in Windows.

I am guessing it patched Windows to intercept the process starting API calls to log the start and end time... it's definitely a joy to use compared to bootvis.
