Shutting Down Windows 8 Computer

Windows 8 is the first operating system that I've seen where the shut down function is buried deep. Took me a little while to find it. You have to move your mouse pointer to the top right or left corner. Then click "Settings". Then click "Power". Then you'll find "Sleep", "Shut down", and "Restart" on a pop-up menu. Can you think of another operating system where shutting down your computer is that complicated? I can't.
