Removing and Reinserting Dedicated ReadyBoost SD Card

I have a laptop computer with a built-in memory card reader. I have a dedicated ReadyBoost 32 GB microSD card in the slot. I noticed that Windows 10 boots up a lot faster with the dedicated ReadyBoost.

But sometimes, I want to insert a SD card from my camera to transfer files. Do I have to re-dedicate my memory card to ReadyBoost every time I re-insert the dedicated ReadyBoost card into the computer? Or will Windows 10 automatically recognize my card as dedicated ReadyBoost whenever I reinsert it?
