ASUS eeePC 1015PEM: S-Video Don't Work with Windows 7

Perhaps this is not the right place to post this. Please accept my apology.

I have an ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM. I have not been able to get the s-video to work. I have spent a good deal of time researching this problem (including Microsoft solutions - don't work) with no success. Has anyone been able to get s-video to work under Window 7 (Starter Edition). I suspect nothing wrong with the PC; the problem must be Windows 7.

Help!
