Tiny Flash Drive

I'm looking for a tiny flash drive. One that doesn't stick out from the USB port more than a quarter of an inch. The flash drive will be used to boot the notebook computer, therefore, it will stay in the USB port at all time. Something too long will surely break off while carrying the laptop computer around. Size similar to the following adapters is appropriate. Anyone seen a small flash drive like that?
