MSi Wind U100 Fan Replacement

The fan in my MSi Wind U100 is about ready to go. Today, I heard it grinding. Anyone know where to get a replacement fan? I pulled it out and took a picture (shown below).

Well, my phone thought I took the photo vertically . . . go figure. Here is what it says on the label:
