Intermec 6642 Hard Drive Image

I recently purchased an Intermec 6642 tablet computer and began loading it up with software only to have some major system failure (I still do not know why it happened) under Win98 requiring me to reinstall the whole OS. Unfortunately, I only backed up the pen drivers and the Windows folder before removing the hard drive, formatting it on another PC, and then suddenly realizing that I was incapable of installing my Win98 CD onto the 6642. After two weeks of trying various boot tricks with the USB port and even trying to copy a Win98 install to the hard drive, I have realized that the only valid way to get it working again is to get a hard drive disk image from a "Recovery CD" that I do not have. Seeing that this is literally the only place on the web with information on this computer, I would be very thankful if someone could either suggest a way to install Win98 back on or upload a Hard disk image from a working system.
Thanks

I had luck with making an image of the original drive using DriveImage XML. Then restoring the image back onto that same drive again.

It's unfortunate that you do not have a image of the hard drive.

I don't mind sharing my image with you, but I it's quite big. Suggest a way for me to transfer it to you. And it's not a fresh install, as I got mine Intermec Norand 6642 used.

Thank you for replying, it appears that very few people still have this computer and even fewer check forums for info on them. If the image is under 1Gb I can create a free Megaupload account for you and you can upload it, but unfortunately the upload might take a good hour or two and I do not wish to encroach on your time.
