League of Legends Has Two Sound Options

We use TeamSpeak. So normally, we set our in game music and sound effect to approximately a third of the max volume. And that's I did for League of Legends as well. But the sound is still really loud when I get into champion select. I couldn't figure out what's the problem for the longest time.

It turns out that League of Legends have two settings. One for the launcher and one for in game (see screen shot below). I've set the in game sound options, but did not change the launcher sound options.

The screen shot below shows the two different sound options. The one on the left is the launcher sound option. The one on the right is the in game sound options.
