League of Legends: PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working

League of Legends launcher just did something weird. It crashed and reported "PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working" (see screen shot below). It was working just a few days ago.

Ok. I just right clicked on it and choose "Run as administrator". It started upthe launcher without crashing. And now it's patching. So strange.

This solution should help:

1. Go into your League of Legends folder in C:/Riot Games
2. Open up the “RADS” folder.
3. Open up the “Projects” folder.
4. Open up the “lol_air_client” folder.
5. Open up the “releases” folder.
6. Open up the folder that's in there. It changes every patch, but contains the same stuff.
7. Delete the two files named “S_OK” and “release manifest”
8. Open up the “deploy” folder.
9. Delete the “logs”, “****-INF”, “lol.properties”, and “LoLClient.exe”
10. Restart your Patcher.
11. It will repatch the recent patch you had just downloaded.
12. This will usually fix it. If not I suggest trying to do a repair from the patcher's options. It takes from 10-20 minutes.

There are other methods too but I would suggest you to read further about them before deciding which one would be best for you.

Games know about the problem of PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working and reinstalling the game is not a permanent solution to this problem. If you are not running the client as an administrator then the client doesn't get appropriate permission to run its operations and you will face this error.
Solutions:
1- Make sure you're Running the program as administrator.
2- Removing Game Patch Files to fix this error.
I found the idea of this problem from https://appuals.com/fix-pvp-net-patcher-kernel-stopped-worki . . . This will be sound impressive effort and help for it.
