Blood Moon Average Game Length

The League of Legends claims that Blood Moon's average game length is 30 to 45 minutes (see screen shot below). But based on the two games I played, they lasted no more than 20 minutes. The first game I ever played lasted 17 minutes while the second game lasted 13 minutes. Watch the second game below. The first game is available in the TrackBack section below.
