Hellgate: London - Enter/Exit Hell Rift Bug

While playing online with two other party members, we entered the Hell Rift in Piccadilly Square to transport to "A Step Into Hell". At least, two of the party members did. my character entered and immediately came out of the Hell Rift Portal, on the other side. At first, I wasn't sure if I simply "accidentally" exited through the portal. But after doing the same thing for around five times, I finally figured it's a bug. The same thing occurred to one other party member when he tried to exit out of "A Step Into Hell" to Piccadilly Square.

The only way we found around this bug is to simply keep trying to enter or exit through the Hell Rift portal. Don't give up, because your character will eventually succeed (after 10 or so tries for us).
