All Direction Works Except for Forward Right

I just finished programming my Left 4 Dead profile. It seems to work just fine right now. All the direction works, except for Forward Right. Instead of moving in forward right diagonal, it moves forward. I've attached the macro list below. Can you spot what I am doing wrong?

OK, I check all of that. As soon as possible, I will post you a v1.2 beta suite. :)
Yesterday I went to sleep : it was 4am, here in France and today Santa-Claus is coming at my work (kids will be happy, and I will be a bit tired :) )

Take your time. I am at the airport, picking up my parents-in-law. Then my family is coming over for my brother's birthday and Christmas. So I will be plenty busy, myself.

How do you map this to your N50 buttons ???

You know :

if you assign the four direction to the d-pad, the diagonals are interpolated : so that you don't have to implement diagonals :)

Let's say you assign forward to button 03 and right to button 09, pressing 03 and 09 will make you move diagonally.

other else, no.. if you affect it to button 04 it should work except if, for instance :
- you press Button 09 --> you move to the right because the 'D' button of your keyboard is considered to be pressed
- you press Button 04 --> The 'D' and 'W' keyboard keys are put in the 'pressed' state
- you release Button 09 --> the 'D' button is released ! Then you will move only forward !
But that seems logic to me ;)

By the way, can you test this, what is the output if you test your button (press then release) assigned with Forward Right in Notepad ?

I test it here : wd <-- written by my N50 with Button 04 assigned with "Forward Right" ;)
And there (Direction Pad, interpolated) : dddwwwdw

hum, but I just see that for the direction pad there is a slight change in code to make it more responsive...

Let's try again : dwdwdwdwdwdw (yes, it is far better)

May be you were assigning the D-pad and got an issue with that ?

Hmmm. That doesn't work for me. I mentioned that to you before, I thought your software doesn't interpolate the diagonal directions. I unmapped the diagonals, and my characters only moves forward, backward, left, and right. I've attached the profile below. Let me know if you spot what is wrong.

OK, I'll send you an update here this evening so that you will be able to test and tell me if it works at last.
It seems that the interpolation is not effective in certain conditions, and I managed to fix it yesterday evening. :)

Oh. How interesting. What are the condition that causes it to fail?

In fact I just inversed the loop variable with the reference variable to test with, so it is not a "system" problem :
- It merely depends on if you press on the diagonal directly or if your finger came from a straight direction.
