"Operating System Not Found"I love to use DriveImage XML. Whenever I get a new computer with a fresh operating install, I always make an image of it with DriveImage XML. That way, I can return the computer to that initial install any time I want. And I could do it in less than half-an-hour. That's far faster than installing the operating system from scratch. However, just a few days ago, I was using DriveImage XML to move the data from one hard drive to a new hard drive on my HP Pavilion dv6119us notebook computer. When I boot it up on the new hard drive, I got the "Operating System Not Found" error message. I spent days, wondering if it was a hardware issue. But it turned out that all I had to do was to mark the partition as an active partition. You can do that with the Computer Management/Disk Management utility in Windows. Simply select a partition, right click on it, and then select "Mark Partition as Active". You'll of course have to do that using a computer that boots. Chieh Cheng
