Format 2nd Partition of a Large Drive to FAT32

My problem is, how to format my 2nd partition as FAT32 without touching my NTFS partition. I got a 2 tera hdd with data on it.I partitioned it using Partition Magic (1 tera per partition). Problem now is how to format the empty 2nd 1 tera partition to FAT32? Tried the DOS syntax, but I too get the "Volume is too big" message.

Checked Acronis, but the program only allows formatting of the whole drive.

Weblog: GearHack
Excerpt: When you try to format a drive that is larger than 32 GiB, Windows XP and Vista will force you to use the NTFS format, even though it can read and write FAT32 drives of any size. The FAT32 option will not show up under "File system" in the "Format Local Drive" dialog as shown in the screen shot belo . . .
