Taking Photo with MSi Wind U100 Web Cam

my webcam is turned on and it works on windows live messenger but i can't get it up just to take pictures on my own, anyone know how to do this??? pleas help!!

to take a pic:

-go to My Computer
-go to the bottom and double click on USB Video device
-on the top left, click on "Take a new Picture"

umm...thats if you have a usb webcam but this one is built in so it hasnt worked :S

I'm writing this on an MSI Wind U-100 with Windows XP. The built in webcam is listed as "USB Video Device". Make sure its turned on with Fn-F6 if it isn't already.
