Noise is So Loud on Averatec 3200

I cannot stand using this computer(averatec 3200) due to the noise. Unfortunately there does not seem to be any software to do that. Nor are there any BIOS update.
There are some small circuits to manually change the fan speed. I'll see what I can do.

go into the BIOS (hit del key during startup), then go to POWER MANAGEMENT SETUP -> Battery Auto Calibration (then change it to enabled) and after about 10 minutes, it should be much quieter.
