Lenovo�s IdeaPad S10 netbook is classically unique with its 10.2-inch screen finished in different flashes of colors in white and black as well as red and white. To address this, Lenovo has designed the perfect keyboard that is 85 percent of the size of a full-function notebook PC's keyboard. The IdeaPad S10 uses the Intel Atom processor, which enables the users to have the basic netbook functionality as secondary PC. It has two configurations:

512 MB of memory and an 80 GB hard drive;
1 GB of memory and an 160 GB hard drive

These two configurations accommodate a great volume of data from different sources such as user's digital music library to a student's homework assignments and much more. The IdeaPad S10 is capable of reducing the heat that the users feet on the bottom of the PC, the palm rest, and the keyboard. At times of system error or virus threat, Lenovo's "OneKey Rescue System" is handy in rescuing data at the touch of a button.

The IdeaPad S10 build quality is very strong and solid and mostly designed in plastic. As for upgrade-ability, it is very flexible and easier than any other netbooks in the market. Unlike other netbooks, the IdeaPad S10 does not require complex disassembly to get to the storage drive, system RAM, or wireless cards. Some netbooks have upgrade issues such as having no ExpressCard slot of upgrades or having no connections on the motherboard. But the IdeaPad S10 is superior in terms of upgrade-ability.

The Lenovo IdeaPad S10 is the best and ideal notebook for an ideal PC user that is currently on the market. Compared to other notebooks, the IdeaPad S10 stands rigorous tests for the port selection along with features of an ExpressCard slot for extra expansion, built-in Bluetooth for external mouse and external keyboard use.
