Help! My MSi Wind Runs Only on AC Adapter

my msi netbook only works on ac power ?

Is the battery completely dead?
How long have you had your netbook?
What model is it?

Hi there,

i got the same problem here. First tought it was the battery, so i changed it to a new one (big 7800mAh). After rebooting Windows 7 showed the loading-sign and stopped at 100% after some hours. But the Wind shuts immediately down when pulling the cord. Loading-LED (orange one) is blinking while netbook is running and never stops doing so.
Tried the original and the new battery, alwas the same problem.
Does someone know which pins on the battery / resp- on the Wind to measure for the DC-power / loading-power, couldn't find pin assignement anywhere...
