Changing Operating Systems on the Intermec Norand 6642

I tried to change the operating system for 6642, but unfortunately did not make a disk image.
With PCMCIA CD Rom 6642 Georgia does not want to.
I took out the hard disk and installed Windows XP on it using another laptop, with the NTFS.
6642 then ceased determined.
After I installed Windows XP system using FAT32, saw a computer disk, but require a RAM, and for the press to reboot, and so ad infinitum.
Tried install Windows 2000 and 98,
the same result.
Did you change the operating system for 6642 and, if so then please Give as. The fact that this may be seen by reference to the 6642 with the CF. Could you send me a disk image to at least go back to the beginning. Thanks.
P.S. did not answer because only a few days ago I bought came in 2008, 6642

i have installed win98 and winXP both on a 12gb hard drive ,no cic penx for XP but all other driver for win98 $59.99 if you want
