Remote Desktop Connection Can't Recognize Windows Network Names

It's really quite awesome that Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) is available for the Mac OS X. That bridge the gap between Windows and Mac OS communication. Now I can use my Mac netbook to run my remote Windows computers.

But one problem still plague me today. Unlike my other Windows computers, which could connect by specifying a Windows host name, the Mac RDC could only connect to them by specifying an IP address. That makes it slightly more difficult to use, because I don't remember the LAN IP address of my computers.

The error message I get is always the following:

The Mac cannot connect because the Windows-based computer cannot be found.
Verify that you typed the correct computer name or IP address, and try connecting again.
