PC USB Mouse Doesn't Work with Mac OS X?

The following is the error message in dmesg:

USBF: 1376.700 AppleUSBHubPort: Port 1 of Hub at 0x3d000000 about to terminate a busy device (Optical USB Mouse) after waiting 10 seconds

Well, I upgraded the Darwin Kernel from 9.1.0 to 9.4.0 and now my USB mouse works. See "Memory Card Reader Stopped Working on New MSi Wind U100" TrackBack below.
