Hardware Encrypted Hard Drive

What do you guys think of this thing?
How does it work? It it hardware encryption on the enclosure? On the drive? Do you guys think it will work with any OS?

That sucks. They need a hardware encryption hard drive with a keypad and LCD panel so that you can enter the passkey on the drive itself. That would allow it to work with any OS.
