NuVision TM800W610L Windows Tablet Won't Charge Nor Turn On

My NuVision Windows tablet won't turn on today. And plugging it to charge doesn't not turn on the charging LED. Thought it was dead for sure.

I could find no reset buttons. But after holding down power button and volume buttons randomly, the charging LED came on. Not sure the exact reset combination I used.

It's charging now. After I charge it, I'll try turning it on.

Forgot to update this post. But yah, after it charged, it powered up as normal.
