Interesting article...I chanced upon this as I was researching options to use/"revive" my old iPaq with the nexicam sleeve and use it as a videophone through SIP-based VOIP softphone softwares. However, its been yrs since I put Opie on my Ipaq, and now I can;t find the Nexicam driver/software. The Nexian site is down too. I was hoping you'd be kind enough to give me a copy of the software, or point me to somewhere I could download it from.

I too am looking for the Nexian NXC3100 Expansion Sleeve Camera for Ipaq driver or software, if anyone knows where I could obtain it. Please get back with me if you know the where abouts of the driver. Thank and God bless you.

Twenty-four years after the first post in this thread, and ten years after the most recent, I've acquired a copy of the NexiCam drivers off eBay, and have tested them and uploaded a copy to the Internet Archive here: https://archive.org/details/nexicam-ipaq-drivers

I don't know if this forum will notify y'all, but maybe this will save some future internet searchers some trouble.
