Battery Cells for Vadem Clio PDA

I am looking to do the saame thing with an battery pack for an old Vadem Clio pda.. I disected the battery pack and found four Sony EnergyTec US20500 cells with the code FA07V G on the side. I know these are very old. There is also a small ciruit board connected wich I am sure regulates the charg. I would like to find a replacement for these batteries and was wondering if you new of a newer battery that would do the trick.
