You cannot join

I started playing War Rock again today, even though I had to re-register and start over. what bugs me is that when I went to the EU_vs_USAServer, I kept getting the "You cannot join" message. What's up with that?

I seem to be able join fine on the US_West_CA server. But not very many people are playing there.
