Error: Cannot launch child process (Code 5)

Please help me. Pls Pls. I downloaded warrock and then it began downloading the 1.66 MB file and it finished. Then i clicked ok and this error came: "Error: Cannot launch child process (Code 5). Pls help me. I'm running Vista and i tried everything like Run as Administrator etc. I have a slow connection so pls can u tell me the solution other than reinstalling the game.

i got the same problem i downloaded warroc i play on it then i press exit then i wanna lauch it again and he says that i have a troyan horse on warrock.
so i delete it i installed it again and he says it again.

plzz can someone says what's happening here?

I have the same trouble!! I've been playing Warrock online for over a year on vista. After downloading new updates it gives me 'cannot launch child process (code:5)' saying have a trojan horse. Tried reloading, reformatted pc... can anyone help... email me please... withdrawls....

AVG Free is the problem - you will have to uninstall this (AVG) and reboot and you should have no problem. Warrock works fine with Avast ANTI-VIRUS and is free too.

Guys i found the problem and i had avg, you have to disable the resident shield and it worked. try it

All you have to do is add an excecption to the resident shield in avg. open the avg interface click on the overview tab open the resident shield page and then click manage exceptions then add path and then navigate to your warrock directory (C:\program files\gamefirst\war rock\) then click ok and it works perfectly.

Save the changes and warrock will now work.

The AVG thing works, do that and it will fix instantly.
