No Programmable Controllers for Alliance of Valiant Arms? This week, I thought about the free Alliance of Valiant Arms game on Steam. It's a first person shooter that you can play for free with your friends. So I tried it last night. Nowadays, I don't use my keyboard to play games. There are many games I play, I don't want to re-learn new key set-up for every game. So I use the Belkin Nostromo n50 programmable controller with my games. I program it to work the same way for every FPS; no matter which FPS game I play, the controller works the same way. The problem? I can't seem to get Alliance of Valiant Arms to work with my programmable controller. I programmed it with the basic WASD movement keys, but my character won't move around when I use the controller. I tried it with two programming software: Total Game Control and NOVA Suite. Neither software worked with the game. I don't know what makes Alliance of Valiant Arms different from other FPS games at controls, but it's no go with my programmable controller. And I won't play it if I can control it my way. Any one have the same problem? Or not? Chieh Cheng
