Better Chance of Finding Magical Items in Diablo 3

In Diablo III, there are magical items that gives you better chance of finding magical items. The screen shot below shows a magical "Scouting Cloth Pants" that provides "3% Better Chance of Finding Magical Items". Note that this item has only 7 armor compared to a non-magical "Leather Pants" that provides 19 armor (+3.1% Protection).

If your goal is to have fun playing the game, maybe you'll want to equip the leather pants. But if your goal is to make money in the real-money auction house (RMAH), or even the gold auction house, then you'll probably want to wear the scouting cloth pants. In fact, you'll probably want to find as many of these "Better Change of Finding Magical Items" and equip them all.
