League of Legends: Did you just call yourself a noob?I don't know what it is about League of Legends. But it seems like all anyone can say to each other is the word, "noob". Just finished a Twisted Treeline game. Unfortunately, we lost this game. But what's funny is at the end of the game, one of the enemy combatant said, "noobs". So I'm sitting here laughing my ass off, because LOL has an awesome matchmaking system. Awesome in that it will match you perfectly to another team at the same ELO. In fact, the president of Riot mentioned that the matched teams are so even in practice, the company introduced snowball items to break up long even games. And now that LOL has more players online then World of Warcraft, the chance of you being matched to your ELO is highly likely. So it was really funny when this person called us "noobs", because they are the same ELO as we are. And my guess is our ELO is not that high. I couldn't resist texting, "Same ELO, so did you just call yourself a noob?" Fido
