League of Legends: Level 30 Player Bots

A week ago, I mentioned that the farm bots are getting better in the Hacker Bots vs. Riot Bots . And in that thread, I claimed that you should not see level 30 farm bots, because those account would be sold to the next bidder.

But today, the LOL bot situation has changed. I have just played a Dominion game where there are three farm bots (see screen shot below). And at the end of the game, I have noticed that they are all level 30. Their stats:

confessional4 - level 30, won: 269
tintometer2 - level 30, won: 280
weasand80 - level 30, won: 242

So why are these bots still playing if they are already level 30? I suspect that they are now farming for IP. Their controllers are probably accumulating IP, and possibly champions, to sell these account at higher prices.
