These are the file names for the recommended item lists for each map:

RecItemsCLASSIC.ini - For Classic League of Legends (Summoner's Rift and old Twisted Treeline map)
RecItemsCLASSICMap10.ini - For new Twisted Treeline beta map
RecItemsODIN.ini - For Dominion (Crystal Scar)
RecItemsARAM.ini - For the Proving Grounds

The instructions here no longer work after the 3.0 patch. But I have recently found the Enigma's Recommended Item Changer really handy for this task. It's free. Download it and give it a try.
