Hellgate: Playing Hell Mode

Ever since Hellgate global server was relaunched, only two mode of play were available to most players: normal and nightmare. The popular hell mode can't be selected. However, I do see some parties playing in hell mode. It is not clear how some folks can play hell mode while others can't.

One interesting work-around, though, I found while browsing the party list. I saw an entry that says, "Hell mode join leave to get". Sure enough, the difficult for this party, created by Dtorx-evo, is set to hell mode.

After joining and leavin this party, my character is now playing in hell mode.
