Dawn of War II: Skipping the Intro

The Dawn of War 2 has an elaborate intro movie sequence. Not only does it show the storyline, it also shows all the advertiser's logos. It takes quite a few ESC presses to get pass them all. But luckily, you can add "-nomovies" flag to the startup shortcut to bypass them all.

To make it easier for you, I've attached a pre-made shortcut for you. The shortcut assumes that you've installed the game via Steam onto the C: drive. You can change it if you've installed it onto a different drive.

To do this in Steam:

1. Right click on the Dawn of War II game in Steam
2. Click on "Properties"
3. Click on "Set launch options..."
4. Type "-nomovies" into the text field.
5. Click "OK"
6. Click "Close"

Thank you so much for this! I couldn't get past the load screens without the game freezing up on me, but this does the trick!
