Dawn of War II: Help with Wargear Mod

i downloaded a mod where you can give yourself what ever war gear you want after the first mission but when i load it and start a new campaignit just loads to a blank bridge/view of calderis with no missions on it and doesnt run the first mission, any help? have i done something wrong? i have only added a few bits of argear to the existing list and doen nothing else.

it is the mod for dawn of war 2 not chaos rising, i got it from this site:
