No ScanGenPRO on Samsung Galaxy GT-I9000?

Free version of alOBD Scanner works well on Samsung Galaxy GT-I9000.
I want to buy ScanGenPRO version - but unfortunatelly - I'getting answer - "cannot be installed on such device".
I it so?

I will look into this problem. Sometimes, if the device is rooted, paid apps would not install on the such devices. Do you have any specific reason or an error code provided by the device as to why it is not being installed?

Thanks for responding.
I believe - problem is not with the device (it is not rooted even).
I cannot even try to install Pro version of alOBD scanner - because I'm not able to buy it and download.
In the Android Market , when I'm trying to buy ther application - I'm getting the answer - "cannot be installed to your device"
Device - Samsung Galaxy GT-I9000 and free version of your alOBD scanner is installed and working good with my car.
I think this is only marketting issue , not technical?
