Audi R8 5.2 FSI QuattroNo matter the angle I'm looking at this vehicle from, one word comes to mind–pure sports car. If a name like “Quattro” didn't first convey that image, I'm pretty sure its remarkably sporty features would. Sporting a V10 under the hood, the R8 takes first place as Audi's top notch high-performance vehicle. Taking advantage of Audi's use of advanced technology, the R8 boasts features like a lightweight aluminum body, all-wheel drive, and all LED headlights. What isn't to love about this masterpiece of a vehicle? With a soul of a race car, the engine fuses racing technology with its FSI gasoline direct injection with dry sump lubrication. Even the R8's ten cylinder design is testament to the vehicle's true nature as a sports car, its synthesis a perfect balance, allowing for great pulling power, low weight, and top performance. All but soaring from zero to 100 km/h in less than four seconds, the R8 will be a force to reckon with every time it takes to the streets. Take is capability of reaching a top speed of 316 km/h, add the beautiful hum of the engine, the thrust of the R8's acceleration, and you have not just a car, but a unique experience from a well-crafted machine. A lot of the R8's potential lies in its highly stylized design. While elegant curves and high-precision lines are typically characteristic of an Audi design, designers pushed the design even further beyond what has become accepted as the norm. Like a single, continuous contour line, the car's exterior is connected to everything, including the front, rear, sides, and all of the wheel wells. With an awe inspiring car like the R8, it should come as no surprise that it features all LED headlights as a standard feature. This boasts several advantages like possessing low energy consumption, a nearly limitless service life, and vibrant illumination. At a color temperature of six thousand Kelvin, the LED lights are able to almost perfectly mimic natural sunlight, making it less of a strain on other motorists' eyes while driving at night. This shows adaptability, something that seems almost absent on the market today. The R8 boasts a pretty long list of features desirable to any motorist, including, but not limited to an integrated rearview camera, bucket seats, and a wide array of customization options. I look forward to seeing the Audio R8 on the road and a lot more like it. Audi has set yet another fine example. eucia
